Funding Options
Medicare Rebates
Eligible children may be able to access Medicare rebates for Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy services through an appropriate referral from their GP or specialist.
Full payment is required at the time of your appointment. Our team can process your Medicare claim on your behalf, with any eligible rebate reimbursed directly to your nominated bank account by Medicare.
Private Health Insurance
Families with eligible private health insurance may be able to claim rebates for Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy services, depending on their level of cover.

Full payment is required at the time of your appointment. We will provide a receipt for you to submit to your private health insurer to claim any eligible rebates.
Understanding Our Fees
At Tree's Physiotherapy, we aim to be transparent about our fees so families know what to expect when accessing our services.
We have established fee schedules for both NDIS-funded and private services. NDIS fees are aligned with the applicable NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, while private services are charged at our standard private rates.
Travel time and kilometres are charged for appointments outside of the clinic. Additional fees also apply for relevant non-face-to-face services, including session preparation, clinical documentation and report writing.
All applicable fees are outlined in our Service Agreement, which is provided to families before commencing therapy. Our friendly administration team is always happy to answer any questions about fees or funding arrangements.
